At Blossoming Cherries, we do not rush childhood. We honor children by giving them the time and space they need to develop at their own pace and in their own unique way.
Blossoming Cherries is a hidden gem. We have an exceptionally happy, caring and creative environment. It is a natural haven for children where there are many enticing play opportunities including a mud kitchen, giant sand pit, swings and slides.
The environment is perfect for providing learning spaces both indoors and outdoors.
Our Mission
Is to establish a strong foundation for learning in the early years, and to do so in a safe and caring, play – based environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of all children.
Our Approach
Our approach is thoughtful and balanced. It is also developmentally appropriate and based on best practices in our field.
Although we follow the Kenyan Curriculum we are also inspired by a variety of philosophies and approaches which blend together into a program that reflects our commitment to helping children lay the best possible social, emotional, physical and cognitive foundations.
We nurture and challenge, support and encourage, listen and engage. We care about what children think and how they feel. We are dedicated to providing children with a rich and stimulating environment that supports their growth in every way. Put simply, we are passionate about 0-6. It’s what we do: it is who we are.
Our aim is that every child leaves Blossoming Cherries with confidence and competence. Full of love for learning and knowledge that school is a fun place to be!
